Contract

A contract represents a concurring declaration of intent issued by different parties.

An agreement concluded between two or more parties with the intention of pursuing a particular end is called a contract. The contract serves as a basis for realizing a common aim which each party to the contract wishes achieve within the framework of his or her autonomous activities. The statement of the concurring intentions of the parties causes the inception of the contract.
